Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. For orders over $250 Aud - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.
For Non-AUS Customers:
- Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of Australia. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times
Domestic:
- Australia: 3-10 Business days
International:
- New Zealand: 7-20 Business days
- United Kingdom: 20-40 Business days
- Canada: 20-40 Business days
- America: 20-40 Business days
- Europe: 20-40 Business days
- Latin America: 20-40 Business days
- Other countries: 20-40 Business days
Processing and Shipping Times
- Made to Order: All bedding sets are made to order and require 2-3 weeks for production.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries! Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
